I was definitely dreading this part of the packing process: getting all the money in crisp, clean, new-ish bills. I prayed that one bank would be sufficient but of course it wasn't. Thanks be to God, this morning I went to Bank Number Three to exchange the last of our "bad" bills and got them all taken care of. Whew! I was even going to iron the bills, but I got an email from Julia Nalle this morning who said that it wasn't really necessary. Thank goodness, I was not looking forward to that!
I guess it's on to packing now that everything is gathered. I really hate packing, lol! Pray for me this afternoon, if you would :).
Also, your comments on this blog are SOO encouraging, I can't even tell you how much. Especially while we are in country, please leave us some messages of encouragement. I know it's going to be a tough journey in a lot of ways. I will try to blog everyday but internet access is always questionable.
Off to pack!

I'm following you all the way - can't wait to see your photos 'in country'.
Wishing you every good thing along your way,
Felicity
LOL Every year on our birthday we would receive a card from my grandmother who DID iron out the money for us. It was crisp and neat as a pin, always made me smile.
Glad to hear that you were able to get it all straightened out.
:)

Will be reading with bated breath! And praying!
